 Add colour in CS4

Step 1: Create a new adjustment layer

Once you've opened your image and renamed it you need to create a new adjustment layer. Go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Hue/Saturation. Or click on the black and white circle found at the bottom of the layers palette and select Hue/Saturation.

Step 2: Make adjustments

In the Hue/Saturation window Move the Hue slider up or down to change the colour of your image. If you tick the colourize box you'll have even more colours to play with. For example, when we ticked the box and moved the slider to 241 our image turned purple. It's as easy as that!
