A 19-year-old man has been charged for secretly taking photographs of a woman in the toilets of a Singapore airport.

Samuel Ong Huixiang had sneaked into the women's toilets of Singapore's Changi Airport and used his camera phone to take pictures of a woman urinating in a cubicle from under the door. After catching him, the 29 year old sales assistant reported him to the police where he pleaded guilty to charges of trespassing.

Huixiang was sentenced to 60 hours of community service, made to observe a curfew and was banned from owning a camera phone for a year.

Following a psychiatric assessment it was discovered that the man was suffering from an OCD with voyeurism. He was told to undergo psychiatric treatment and his parents were made to sign a bond for $5,000 ensuring his good behaviour!
