Here's his tip:

"We love to create beautiful images of all the expensive little details of a wedding and I think you should allow yourself time to do this. Quite often we'll do these types of shots early on, collecting the items and shooting them away from the wedding preparations.

This image was lit under a small table lamp and light bounced back onto the bottle with our white, A4 itinerary sheet."
