Sigma DP1 Merrill
Sigma are giving you the chance to win a DP1 Merrill camera and a weekend's tuition with a pro photographer.

To celebrate the launch of the 46 megapixel DP1 Merrill, Sigma have teamed up with Pro landscape photographer Lea Tippett and are giving away to one lucky winner a shiny new Sigma DP1 Merrill compact camera and a two day photo workshop in Cornwall. The workshop will include visits to many of the county’s finest photographic locations such as St Michaels Mount, The Crown Tin Mines, Lands End and Godrevy Lighthouse.

The workshop will take place on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st October 2012 and accommodation and meals on the nights of Friday 19th and Saturday 20th October will be included. The weekend is designed for you to learn how to get the most out of your new camera and to give you some great advice on how to take stunning landscape photos.

Lea will take you through the principles of successful landscape photography, basic camera techniques along with advising on composition and making the most of available lighting. The lucky winner will be given their DP1 Merrill at the start of the workshop and one of Sigma’s staff members will be on hand to answer any technical questions regarding the camera.

Nice! I want one! Too bad I don't live anywhere near there, so it would cost me as much to get there as it would for me to just buy one of those cameras.
