Do you think Sigma are 'barking' up the wrong tree with this one?
    Andy

Looks more like a an extension of a cars wooden dash board. I must be more old fashion then I thought, as I'm still trying to get use to a Red camera body.

There are trying to carve into the market and whittle away the competition.

Sigma have got to decide where exactly they are going with this, its ok to branch out into other niche markets, but they need to get to the root of the problem. In an attempt to spruce up their range with high cost 'desirables', they risk leaving many customers pineing for the unaffordable.

Oak-ay not everyone will beech so despondent that they will turn green with ivy, but when one considers the cost there will not be a laurel laurel laughs coming from their ash-en faced supporters. 10,000 euros...thats a log of money in anyones language. Which plank in their marketing department sawed to it that this ever saw the light of day?

This is a-corny thread isn't it!
    Andy

If the resolution is 48,000 px X 32,000 px.... doesn't that make it more like a 15 Megapixel camera, rather than 46? Or am I leaf-ing something out?
