Sinar announce SinarBack HR

Sinar have expanded their multifunctionback system by adding the Sinarback HR, a development of the Sinarback 23. This new high resolution system delivers 75million pixels in a 450Mb file. It achieves this using the Philips 6 million pixel sensor along with macro and microcanning technology. Its patented double piezo chip sensor advances in half pixel steps for each of 16 exposures, which permits information to be stored in the spaces between individual pixels. At the moment this represents the highest resolution of a digital camera with an area sensor.The system can be attached to a variety of medium and large-format cameras using relevant adaptors.
