The new CamCaddy from Solar Technology is a unique power cradle that can power virtually every type of ‘block’ style Li-Ion battery, including digital compact camera, SLR and video camera batteries. The lightweight and rugged CamCaddy is the ONLY camera battery charger capable of powering virtually all camera batteries.
 
The CamCaddy can charge over 85% of block camera batteries but to ensure compatibility, Solar Technology provides a compatibility checker web tool. 
 
Simple to use yet sophisticated with clever technology, the CamCaddy features a silver support bar and adjustable contact pins which enable virtually all ‘block’ batteries to be powered, and intelligent electronics which automatically detect the voltage requirement of a battery whether compact digital, SLR or Camcorder. The CamCaddy’s silver ‘Power Button’ lights up a number of green LEDs when pushed, providing an instant assessment of a battery’s charge status from 25% to 100%.
 
With multiple charging facilities, the CamCaddy is extremely flexible. Compatible with both Solar Technology’s FreeLoader and FreeLoader Pro solar gadget chargers, the CamCaddy can be ready to charge even when a mains supply is unavailable. A 12v DC power supply enables the CamCaddy to be connected to any car socket for instant power, along with a USB cable which can connect the CamCaddy to any PC or Laptop. A mains plug complete with European and USA mains adaptors ensures the CamCaddy is ready for use in over 130 countries!
