Sony Style, Sony's e-commerce site for products and services, announced today its 'Global Value Campaign - that's my style', a global marketing initiative to be launched in the USA, the United Kingdom, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Canada and Japan. The campaign starts today, just in time for the Christmas season.
Until now, Sony Style campaigns and promotional activities have been carried out independently on a national or regional basis. However as expertise in site management has accumulated and sites fully develop their business activities, the need has grown to expand and secure the lifestyle-oriented e-commerce concept which is the root of Sony Style. This gives impetus to the present global campaign, which will illustrate the ability of the Sony group to deploy effective e-commerce services as part of its global business development.
The most popular Sony Style accessories usually restricted to certain countries/regions will be available for in the campaign target areas. There will also be several other campaign activities including a posting of digital images on an electronic bulletin board.
Sony Style will continue to expand the scope of its e-commerce activities by creating new digital lifestyle-oriented opportunities and concepts.
