Successful Photokina For Hahnemühle - Hahnemühle has reported its most successful Photokina ever.

Hahnemühle Fineart has reported a very successful photokina this year.
An action packed week including new products, live fashion shoots and a magazine launch makes for the most successful Photokina to date for Hahnemühle FineArt.
"The enormous interest in our fine art papers and the second edition of the magazine UPON PAPER exceeded our wildest expectations," said Michael Siekiera, CEO of Hahnemühle FineArt GmbH. "This fact confirms my assessment that high-quality prints with lasting value will keep on gaining significance - and this also applies to the photography in our increasingly digitalised world. We are really delighted with the success of Photokina and even more so when it comes to our international following."
The new products on show attracted particular attention - The internationally acclaimed ‘Photo Rag', ‘Museum Etching' and ‘William Turner' papers are now available in A3+ and A2 deckled edge formats. The new 210 gsm HARMAN by Hahnemühle ‘Matt Fibre Duo', which can be printed on both sides, meets the fine art paper standards while being thin and flexible enough to be used for the binding of a book. The orientation of the paper fibres, which is of major importance for bookbinders, is predetermined for each available size.
Another highlight was an event themed ‘No Limits - Paper makes creativity visible'. Fashion photographer Per Zennström presented the entire process of a picture production at the Hahnemühle booth - from the shooting to the perfect fine art print. On each day of the show, hundreds of visitors used this opportunity to witness every detail of the workflow.
