SunPhos graphically predicts sun path from dusk to dawn, on any given day, in any given place. Sunphos provides valuable information like day length, sun rise & sun set, golden hour, twilight and more through a daily report. In addition to that you can select the location of your photo shoot then the application provides you with the time during which the Sun will be in the skies over that location.

How about The Photographer's Ephemeris, which is available for both PCs and android.
I have used that on a PC and it is very good. It uses Google Maps, and you can zoom it to any place, and see where both the sun and moon will rise and fall at any date.
