Press Release:

Chris Burfoot has been teaching Studio Lighting techniques for many years and for the last 13 years has been the face of Elinchrom in the UK. He is always seen at the major exhibitions demonstrating lighting and also lectures for The Royal Photographic Society, The SWPP and the MPA. He has many You Tube Videos on The Flash Centre channel.

As well as this he, with his wife Pam, have been running the very successful series of TFC Courses based in the beautiful National Trust Village of Lacock in Wiltshire. From January 2011 these courses will have a change of name - to Learning Lighting Courses with a new website.

As well as the 2 day Portrait and the 1 Day Art/Nude courses, Chris has put together a 1 Day Glamour Course as well and he is looking to add further courses to the list.

The dates for 2011 have been set and are available on a pdf from the new site along with all the info.

The courses are suitable both for complete beginners in studio lighting and the more experienced. Chris tells us "We get a real mixture of abilities on the courses, from people who have never seen a studio light before, right up to photographers who are running successful studios - everyone comes away with something, and I have been the instigator of many new businesses. At Focus last year a lady who had attended the Portrait Course the year before came and hugged me and said "I just want to thank you for giving me a new business!" that sort of thing makes it all worth while"

Chris can be contacted at info@learninglighting.co.uk or by phone on 01249 444750
