The stylish DiMAGE G530 is based upon a 5-megapixel CCD, a high resolution for such a compact digital camera. The high performance GT Hexanon
3X optical zoom lens comprises seven elements in six groups. This lens system minimises flare and aberrations to give sharp, high-contrast images. The Konica Minolta signal processing engine and A*IPS (A-Star-IPS) image processing technology ensure that anyone can take high-quality pictures that capture the subject in sharp, true to life detail.

The DiMAGE G530 also achieves ultra fast operational speed. With approximately an 0.8-second start-up time*1, and incredible shutter response with approximately a 0.03-second shutter release time lag*2, one can be sure of capturing that precious but fleeting photo opportunity.

The G530 has a 1/2.5-type interline primary-color CCD with a total of 5.4 million pixels, one of the highest for a compact digital camera. This high resolution together with the Konica Minolta proprietary Hybrid Adaptive A*IPS technology add up to faithful reproduction of every detail of every scene.

3X Optical GT Hexanon Zoom Lens
