iPhone Lens Dial

Photojojo, the people who bring weird and wonderful photography related items to our attention, are now selling a 3-in-1 iPhone 4/4s Lens Dial. The dial features a Fisheye, Wide Angle and Telephoto lens all of which are made from optical-quality coated glass. The housing is made from aluminium and it features two tripod mounts for portrait or landscape shots. To switch between lenses, you just rotate the disc as you do with the Holga iPhone Lens Filter Kit.

It's an interesting concept but at $249.00 (approximately £160.00) it's probably more sensible to put the money towards a DSLR or Compact camera.

If only the brains behind some of these gimmicks could put thier minds to something more useful, Instead of making toys and money ......Sad

But why should they when they can play the numbers game....LOL...ie: xxxxxxx Punters of one gadget, Dial in chances that at least 1/3rd are stupid enough = XXXXXXX Bucks.....Grin

Simples.....Wink

Mind you wade through some of them gadget catalogues that appear through your letter box this time of year, Then maybe this one is not half as bad.......Grin

Gotta luv them great and amazing Christmas gifts catalogues, Hours of entertainment and weeks of rant material for free, Then use to light your open fire with, Can't be bad.....!!!

Amen... but then... would the 'Gadget lovers' be satisfied with the result??? i.e. would the rate of return be a good for the manufacturer...???

Nope.

Hence we live in a techo-world driven by 'Gadget lovers' and people with money to burn.

Despite everything.
