Tiffen Cool FX is a set of colour and black and white film/photographic looks for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Tiffen also produce Photo FX for the iPhone and iPad.

Tiffen Cool FX iPhone App Performance

Like the Tiffen Photo FX iOS app the Cool FX app is easy to use but has much less presets available. You can set size to 640, 800, 1024, 1280, 1600 or full. Below are a range of images edited using the app. You can only save your image to your camera roll, there is no option to upload direct to sites such as Facebook and Flickr.

Tiffen Cool FX iPhone App Verdict

The Tiffen Cool FX iPhone app performs well but having recently reviewed the Tiffen Photo FX app, there's no reason not to pay an extra 50p for the iPhone version, it has so many more filters available which include most of what is found on the Cool FX app.
