Rinse the feet and leg locks if you have immersed them in sea water. Salt will corrode your tripod legs so rinsing the legs and feet in fresh water is advised. If sand has gotten into leg locks, you may need to disassemble them to wash it out – but only do this if you comfortable with putting the legs back together again.
