People were asking in the forums yesterday about the offer to upgrade to CS4 for half the price. Today, Adobe have confirmed that the offer is legitimate and still valid.

To take advantage of the offer which ends 20th February 2010, you need to have your Adobe Photoshop Elements serial number ready for verification then call 0800 0280 148 and give them the Offer Code WV9V. Some sites are saying you can take advantage of this offer online but this is only possible if you've received a unique URL in an email which when clicked applies the discount directly.

It's been reported that *the 50% price offer for Adobe Photoshop CS4 software is off the full product price, excluding VAT and is available only to licensed users of Photoshop Elements Windows 4.0, 5.0, 6.0, 7.0, 8.0 or Mac 3.0, 4.0, 6.0, 8.0 and Adobe Photoshop Elements plus Premiere Elements bundle who purchase the full version of Photoshop CS4 directly from Adobe.

This price is redeemable only with your unique URL used on the Adobe Online Store or when you call Adobe Direct Sales. When purchasing via the online store, you click the order button directly from the email and your discount will be reflected. Offer begins 1 February, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. 20 February, 2010.
