Vanguard Wins European Consumers Choice Awards

Vanguard has won European Consumers Choice awards for two of its products.

The awards were given in the Hi-Tech category, and the two Vanguard products that won are the Alta Pro 283 CT tripod and the GH 100 pistol grip ball head.

The Alta Tripod was given 9.5 out of a possible 10 points. It was praised for its precision and control, with its friction control system giving the ability to alter the friction depending on the weight of the camera being used.
The GH 100 pistol grip ball head received a score of 9.2. It was commended for its pistol grip handle, enabling fluid and easy movement of the ball head. It was also praised for its friction controls, and the quick to release yet very secure shoe mechanism.
