The Zeiss OTUS 55mm f/1.4
is designed to be the best lens optically and has a new design compared to Zeiss' other lenses released, although is still a manual focus lens. The Nikon version has an aperture ring for use with older cameras, however when used on Nikon DSLRs has an electronically controlled aperture. Similarly, the Canon version has an electronically controlled aperture, but no aperture ring.
Zeiss were demonstrating the lens on both Nikon DSLRs as well as on Sony Alpha A7 mirrorless cameras.

Zeiss were also showing their new Zeiss Touit 50mm f/2.8 Macro lens
which will be available in Fujifilm X-Mount and Sony NEX/E-Mount, with autofocus.
The Zeiss Touit 50mm f/2.8 Macro lens makes it possible to focus on subjects that are just 5cm away from the front of the lens, making extreme close-ups possible, as shown below:
