Action Basics – How To load And Use Actions is the first in a series of E books from Jack Lowe.
These simple to read E books are designed so that the complete novice can get to grips with photoshop quickly and easily. Made in the style of a slide show, the pages are well set out and very informative.
Jack is a digital imaging specialist based in Newcastle, England. He is set on sharing the knowledge he has gained over his years as a professional photographer and digital image expert with people who will benefit and make good use of it.
Starting from the very beginning, Jack does a good job of passing on his knowledge of photoshop in a way that even someone completely unfamiliar with photoshop will understand. Large pictures and easy to read and understand directions mean that you can read this book, and attempt some action basics at the same time, which is always useful.
Aimed at increasing your work flow, the book not only explains what action basics are, and how to use them, but also how to utilize them so that they are easy to access and tidy for you to find. All the bases are covered with this innovative and well presented E book.
He uses bold to highlight the most important parts of the guide, and splits the work up in to small and easily digestible paragraphs, essential for the novice.
The E book is available from Jack's website, for a trial price of the equivalent of just 70 pence, $1. If you need to learn how to use actions, buy yours now, because it is worth its weight in gold to anyone wanting to learn action basics quickly and effectively, with no unnecessary fuss.
Jack has also put together a series of master classes on his website so that you can seriously improve your work flow, and develop a grounded understanding in all areas of editing photos. This can be essential if you are a photographer by trade and need to edit images to their best on a regular basis.
This e book is a must read if you are looking to improve your knowledge on photoshop. It is easy to download, although why the price is in Dollars when Jack is English is a little puzzling! That aside, though, this is definitely a good investment and the knowledge will stay with you for life.

Hi Emma & ePhotozine,
Thank you for reviewing my eBook, I'm glad you like it so much.
Just to answer your point on using Dollars as the currency of choice, my readership is 50-65% American with only around 10% from the UK, hence this particular decision.
Grab it while you can for the introductory price of $1, as it will be rising soon!
Thanks again,
Jack
