If you're a regular on ePHOTOzine you'll be well aware of the talented and informative photographer John Gravett. Well, John has recently released a new book through blurb demonstrating the vast number of mono landscapes he's taken in the Lake District and Cumbria.

For those of you who don't know, John there's a short foreword giving you all the information you need to know about John and his photography.

The book itself is a large, landscape format book that features 92 pages that are decorated with breath-taking imagery. Each image has a few paragraphs presented at the side of them giving the reader more of an insight into the image and the place it was taken in.

The title is a pleasure to work through and offers something different to the usual coloured landscape books we see available every day.

It's a perfect coffee table book and is also a great inspirational guide for any photographer wanting to take great photos of the Lakes and the surrounding area.
