Drifting Snow

Add Comment

A landscape version of the previous upload. The wind racing over The Great Ridge (and boy, was it cold!) while the snow fell had formed drifts, some of which were quite deep. Almost no footprints off the main path so had all this side to myself and only saw 4 people in the hour I was up there Smile

What a view and super contrast control again. I agree with Jeremy, the portrait format makes more of the snowy lead in and I don't think what you gain on the RHS in landscape format compensates for that loss of impact. 4 people... I'd call that astonishingly busy on one of my photography trips up here! GrinGrin
