'One' was the theme for the competition and even though you really needed to use your imagination for this one you didn't let us down! We had solitary people, clocks set to one o'clock, single trees and even sweets among the superb entries. There could only be one winner and photographer for the Daily Mirror, James Vellacott was given the hard task of picking the winner.

The decision wasn't easy but after some debate it was decided that 'One moment' by seanslevin was the winner.

James said: "'One' was an unusual theme for this months competition theme and clearly open to all sorts of clever interpretations. Sean's simple use of a single, perhaps ‘lonesome’ cowboy standing in a open door which itself spelled out ‘one’, gave this image another angle to the theme. Well done!"

Congratulations to the winners, well done to the shortlisted and thanks to all for entering.

Unlucky this time? Then why not enter our current competitions... after all, if you're not in, you can't win!

Good luck!
