Casting Shadows In Lakeland

Clouds scudding across the sky over the Honister Pass in the Lake District cast deep shadows along the fells and mountains while the "elusive" light makes a brief appearance and picks out the rocks scattered on the fell sides.

Taken in July this year during a short spell of good weather !!
