Stuck in the house and rapidly getting bored I decided to do something I've told the kids not to do and play with some matches! I used Blue Tac to hold it to the end of a light stand and set up the flash to the right side of it on manual and at 1/8th power so that it was just acting as a fill. On the left I had a small reflector to bounce some light back on that side. The camera was as close enough to the lens that I was worried about it getting damaged, but that's what insurance is for right? I light it with another match and moved that one out of the way as fast as possible whilst pressing the shutter button with my other hand.
