We slowed to a crawl near the drop-off on Stalemate Bank, just west of Attu Island, in the Aleutians, and started chumming (fish oil and bits). Within minutes we had clouds of fulmars, laysan and black-footed albatrosses, and this gutsy short-tailed shearwater. He's fighting above his weight.
