Definitely V1 for me. The depth of colours and tones is just excellent. A very beautiful image enhanced by your low angle of view.

Punchy colours in v1 work well for this kind of landscape.
Everything has come together so well in this image Derek, and you can save this one for next year competition.

Yung

Great!!

V1 wins, it's a superb example of the art of enhancement. For me this is one of the greatest things about digital photography - it allows us to portray our individual worlds in the manner we would ideally like to perceive them.

So interesting to see the three versions here, and I have to go along with "Chemival's" comments.....of the three, I find the full saturation of V 1 the most attractive, even although it may not be the most accurate portrayal of "what was there".
Ronnie.

Oddly for me V1 looks the more natural Derek and the most aesthetically pleasing as well.

Great image well planned, and executed, the framing brings out the fine deep colours. Nice work Derek.

V1 mate, that is really good!!

I have a few of the Lavender from Mayfield to upload but they are not a patch on this, I love the softness & colour yet the overall quality of processing I just dont seem to achieve!!

Top work mate

Super composition and colours. I think I must be the only one who is torn between v1 and v2 - I would personally like something in between the most. Both are wonderful though.
