A pellet fired from my airgun passing through a water filled balloon. I'm pleased with this one as not only I have I captured the balloon in mid-pop, I have also caught the pellet passing out of the other side. No mean feat when you consider my airgun is rated at 450 feet per second and I was only a couple of feet away.

It is the flash which freezes the motion allowing the pellet to be captured mid flight and the balloon mid pop.

This is a real prize winner of ashot......get I into a magazine or other publication, it is th kind of shot picture editors love.

I'm puzzled....... How the dickens did you pull the trigger then get into position to pull the trigger and take the photograph before the pellet had fuly left the balloon?

You were very quick on your feet.
