Taken while visiting Wastwater in Cumbria. The weather during the day had been good but heavy cloud cover came in during the afternoon. I was hoping it might clear a little to give a good sunset but it wasn't to be. So insted I took the opportunity to capture the mountains with their heads in the clouds.

Lovely capture of Britain's favourite view, Jude. Was there myself last week! And my wife Barbara was just telling me it is the deepest lake in England, has the highest peak in England (Scafell Pike) next to it and the smallest church at Wasdale Head - home to the biggest liar in England. The last of these claims refers to Will Ritson, who proclaimed himself as such in the 19th century.

That's a beautifully composed shot. It's a great place and you've really done it justice.
