My first Whooper Swan inflight image, photographed as it flew along Northern Irelands Lough Neagh Shoreline which was frozen and covered with very dense freezing fog. Winter 2010

Absolutely brilliant photo. Superbly muted and I love the touch of light coming through the rear wing. A potential competition winner IMHO.
