You can always rely on ePHOTOzine members to deliver incredible landscapes, and this competition was no exception. You will see a really interesting mix in the shortlist - atmospheric, graphic, artistic, and purist forms can be seen.
Our winner derekhansen has provided a very simple but beautifully composed landscape. The centre placed tree almost breaks rules, but the position on the horizon sweetens the blow. This is a highly graphical take on landscapes, and the small aperture has ensured it's sharp from the foreground flowers to the distant tree.
