From last weeks tree tracking mission, this is another one, but with a mono conversion and different aspect. I still love how the mist came in and I tried to emphasise it in the edit.

Ferns do work so very well in black and white with their strong architectural qualities. Lovely contrast between the sharpness of the foreground and the misty background against the trees. Interesting POV greatly aids the sense of perspective.
