Campfire - Something a little different, image is made from two photographs. The background and sky are all one photo and the caravan and fire are all one photo.
Uped the contrast some what and used curves on the caravan to add lighting. Painted on the shadows with just a black paint brush. Finally added the smoke back using a paint brush that was in the original photo, but obviously I can't cut out smoke.

I was going just to pass on by, but doing so would not be honest. I've admired much of your work, and I'm 100% confident I will much of your work to come.
But to me this has just been nuked to death, just because you have the photoshop skills doesn't mean every image needs them ramping upto 100%.
That said I do like the concept, but you've missed the opportunity of bringing out the humour in the image, of the 2 guys, instead every pixel cries out "look at me".
Sorry for being negative on THIS image, but I am confident you will look back at this image in a couple of months and think "what was I thinking"...
I don't tend to 'play' with my images, I create what I have in mind at the start. This is exactly what I visualized and although I understand it is not everyone's cup of tea, it is what it is.
I really don't mind though, everyone has different tastes and I respect that, some will love it some will not, it is no worries =)
clever as ever K-y, ANOTHER GREAT IMAGE FROM THE MASTER (MASTRESS??) of this type of work.

I'm halfway through putting uploads of the Druids at the solstice...now if you ever get the chance to go there( stonhenge quarterly solstices)..that would be great material for your kind of work!!
