Nottingham's Market Square became a lake after an exceptional summer thunder storm..... Most people accepted they were soaked and walked through the lake - except this guy.

Helen
Thanks very much. Most of the rain had stopped by the time this was taken.
I was very lucky as most people were stepping over the puddle further down the street and I had composed for this with my prime lens. This guy came running out of no where and leapt accross the puddle much closer than everyone else. This image was uncropped so I was very lucky not to have cropped off his head or feet etc.
Fantastic shot, perfect timing! In the Bresson's style, love it!
regards
Dito
Great shot Dan , congratulations on POTW and best of luck with Amateur photographer photographer of the year , looks like you are going to run away with it this year .
Best wishes
Sean .

GREAT SHOT! LITTLE BIT OF CARTIER-BRESSON'S "DECISIVE MOMENT" GOING ON!
