The forecast was for stormy weather so I decided to go out with the camera... I went to a couple of locations but things did not look promising so ended up driving about looking for suitable weather.... 20 miles from home in the Usk valley I finally founf some clouds that looked VERY promising...but I had not outlook and viewpoint. Driving down a country lane I stopped on the verge to look at my map... and as I glanced to my left I couldn't believe my luck - this view and cloud formation was the other side of the gate 2 feet away from me! I had a great 20 mins or so shooting the view with the light and clouds changing and then I felt some giant drops of rain. Just managed to put the stuff in the boot of the car and the rain came down...happy with myself I stood there and just got wet - what a a wonderful feeling it was. Smile
