Taken on a 40D with the 17-85MM IS USM lens. I also used a Canon Speedlite 430EX. I set my camera to BULB, and had it on a cable release. Apperture was f/11 and ISO at 100. As I do not have a flash sync cable or a wireless transmitter, I would walk around and position the flash to where I wanted it, and then hit the pilot test. It was taken in my college's dark room, hence why I could walk around without having any ghosting.
