With the size of the shortlist it's easy to see that the judges didn't have an easy time picking just one winner! There were so many excellent examples of 'Slow Shutter Speed' shots it took some hard deliberation to come to a final decision.
We had everything from seascapes with dry-ice like water to light trails in cities to look through and there were also a few creative shots of people moving and light painters decorating scenes with interesting patterns thrown in to the mix too. Plenty of you deserve a prize but as with all these Vanguard weekly competitions only one person can win and this week it's richshep with Middle of the road.
It's an eye-catching shot that's well executed and really uses the theme of the competition well. It's bright, has good tones and is a really creative shot well worthy of first place.
Well done to Richard who walks away with a Vanguard Alta Pro 283CT tripod and congratulations to all who were shortlisted.
Thanks to everyone who entered and don't forget to enter this week's 'Portraiture' competition for another chance to win an award-winning Vanguard Alta Pro 283CT tripod. Good luck!
