Inside this sleek shoulder bag, a roomy interior offers plenty of room and thick padding for a semi-pro digital camcorder or a pro DSLR setup. Prizes 1st Prize - Alta CA 233 AGH Tripod Runner Up Prize - Quovio 41 Bag To be in with a chance of winning, we want to see your best images with a theme of 'Blur'. As the Vanguard Alta CA 233 AGH tripod creates a stable base for longer shutter speed work, we want to see how you've used 'Blur' creatively in your images, whether it's to make silky smooth water, or capture fast moving objects while panning. Use blur to create a sense of movement, or create a sense of tranquility and stillness, it's completely up to you. Get creative and show us how you've used 'Blur' in your images! 2 images are allowed per person, and the competition closes at midnight on 31 August 2014. Good Luck!
It's time to announce the three lucky winners of DxO ViewPoint 2 software we had up for grabs in our week-long mini competition.
You really did show us your best architecture shots, from abstract close-ups of buildings to frame filling shots showing the size and feats of engineering of some of the world's most impressive structures. The three members to get their hands on the software are as follows:
billycurriephotography - This stunning monochrome image of one of Glasgow's most unusual structures really caught our attention.
timecapturer - This is a brilliant example of an abstract building shot, that really makes use of the different textures on show.
pstubbs50 - This image of an older, ornate stone building sandwiched in between two new builds really shows the contrast in architectural trends, old and new.
Well done to our three winners, and to those that were shortlisted, too. There are more great opportunities to win prizes this month, with a Vanguard Alta CA 233 AGH tripod and Quovio 41 bag up for grabs in the August 'Blur' competition.
