Well it's not really a plug in but if you have a Pano and want to give it that Lomo 360 effect open this Neg film strip, drop your pano image on top, then in PS, transform>scale to fit. Change opacity to Overlay and voilà.
Once saved have a play with your favourite filters, Bleached Bypass or Cross process, to give it that funky effect.
