Load the action into your Photoshop Actions location if you don't know where it is do a search for *.ATN files and paste it in to that folder.

Open the actions pallet and load the action.

I would recommend using this on highly saturated images, then running the action, you can make adjustments as it is none destructive.

I also recommend adding an additional layer of the top layer it produces via "CMD J" to create the layer, then change the blending mode to Multiply adjust the opacity to suit your tastes.
