On the positive side I find it robust, comfortable to hold and balance.

On the negative I find some of the feature buttons a little close together and difficult to operate without taking your eye away from the viewfinder.

This was my first step into DSLRs and I feel happy with the majority of the controls with a whole range of features that I haven't yet tested.
