Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has been attending Westminster Abbey since she was a small child. Over the course of nine decades, The Queen has taken part in hundreds of services and special events at the Abbey.
This exhibition features pictures from the Getty Images archive of The Queen at the Abbey from young princess to reigning monarch.
Images include The Queen as a child at George VI’s coronation, Her Majesty’s wedding to Prince Philip, the 1953 coronation, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s wedding and less familiar, but equally fascinating pictures of The Queen at the Abbey.
The Chapter House is located in the Cloisters of Westminster Abbey.
