Topical Features for March
Our Featured Articles Area for March
March is a month where we start to get warmer weather but we can still get cuaght out with the odd snow blizzard and bitterly cold days. Colour is starting to appear in our landscape most noticeably by the blossom on cherry trees etc. Most of the country houses, parks and gardens still haven't opened their doors/gates to visitors. Wildlife photographers will start to see bird activity as the nesting season begins. Most of the spring bulbs are now appearing and you may still find snowdrops. You will usually also find spiders webs with frosty dew and hoar frost on branches at dawn. For those who prefer to stay indoors it's the time to set projects, do some still life or have a go at image editing so we link to a collection of useful techniques on this page to give you a kick start.
Happy shooting.
