Hiya Just thought I would clear somethings up :) The shot is done on Bulb and its all about reflection, I like the highlights the off camera flash gives - yes it is tailor made light painting , the tutorial was for people that dont necessarily have access to lighting andl was aimed at Amateurs and enthusiasts alike , Thanks for the comments regards Dylan www.dylantog.com:)

So they come to a forum and ask for advice - sounds reasonable to me... But then get driven away by people who have a lot to say but nothing to contribute. Sad. So you have been 'lumbered' with the job 'cos the other person left. Rethink the brief and represent it to your management... and take a chill-pill friend. Enough said.

I had another crack at it, here and loaded it last night. If you do try this set there are three pointers I can give you: 1. cut out as much ambient light as you can, a dark room is best. 2. make sure you keep the glass as clean as possible. 3. if you are using a glass with wine in it, make sure that whatever you use to shut out the light is secure, I didn't and now my darkroom has a nice a...

I wouldn't use a backlight in this case. The highlights will be lost against a white b/g. Rog

Tato Olivas - that's the guy I was thinking of. Evocative black and white low key flamenco dancing. Lovely stuff - look it up.

I thought it was pretty much covered in the thread title Zatoichi - 'I will make a video tutorial about anything in photoshop.' :D My mistake, many apologies. I retract my request for help in the hope that the member concerned will return.
