U can get photoshop cs2 thru ebay full version for about a $1000 I think - u could even probably buy cheaper thru an american seller - I bought adobe creative suite cs2 (photoshop, illustrator, golive, acrobat, indesign) for $1500AU thru an american ebay seller - promptly posted and recieved within 2 weeks.

I use the Kodak Digital GEM Airbrush plug-in for skin softening. It can soften skin without affecting detail in hair and other facial features.
