Has the x100s got built in ND filters.

When you say the "Fuji software" do you mean Finepix Viewer or Silkypix. The former is not a raw converter so will only open jpegs. The latter is camera specific so should work. I've got an X-10 and an X-E1 and had to use different versions to open the RAF files. I binned Silkypix pretty quickly after I discovered that - what a hassle. I already had LR4 which works great and up-dated to PSE11 which also works.
FastStone also opens RAF files and is a great free raw converter.

Yes it does, works pretty well from what I saw today.

Silkpix - (I guess I might have downloaded the wrong version) But I have PS working now, all be it on a beta plugin but it seems to be working fine. I was surprised to read today that different models of Fuji's use different versions of RAF - I don't think I have come across that before.

Played with that, it refused to open my orf files.
