I'm not a writer : but thought you might like to read my thoughts, all be them early, on the X100s. LINK to my blog
I enjoyed reading your thoughts which reminded me of how I felt when my X-E1 arrived. I am also a Nikon user (D300S) but I have hardly even looked at it since the X-E1 arrived. I haven't seen an X100S yet but it looks fabulous and if it is anything like the X-E1, the build quality will just shine through.
