Hi all
just thought i would post a thread for this company and give a bit of advice and pre warn you.
My step daughter ordered a 10"x20" canvas from an image I shot for her from 1clickcanvas.com
she sent the order via their web site on the 22nd of december.
I have just had to phone the company again as it still has not arrived!!!

they didnt seem to bothered about it either.
it was only last week when she phoned them that they took the money out of her account.

Has anybody else had problems with this company?

I have just used this company for a canvass which was a montage of several images. The first arrived with a hole in it, the frame was under sized and the over all image printed off centre. A replacement has just arrived and it has no hole but the images are completly off centre again. The company as said above could not be bothered. they have said they would refund my card but i wait to see...

Oi!! Cheeky git Quality is seriously high on our priority list so while our prices may not be the "cheapest", you get prints of a very high standard (even if I do say so myself )

Having seen Fresh Pixel Design's work in person, I can highly recommend them for canvasses ... plus Judi's not too difficult to get on with either

First print I had last year was of good quality.

Still waiting after three weeks for the latest to arrive; company uncommunicative in the extreme.

Look elsewhere. I won't use them again.
