Quote:Reading and QPR go out with a whimper.

I'm not sure about the lack of whimpering. I watched the match and whimpered for the full ninety odd minutes as I was tortured by inhuman sensory deprivation. It seemed like that match lasted months ! Grin

At least Villa are making a fight of it.

The problem is they are inconsistent, so who knows what they will do in the next game. It should do there confidence a lot of good at least, and it may have come at the right time. Conversely, Newcastle and Sunderland's results may have come at the wrong time, and it will be interesting to see how they react in their next games. :-/

Hull finally get promoted after a tumultuous couple of hours. As expected Wolves suffer their second consecutive relegation.

Squeaky bum time for those of us at the bottom of the premeirship, toon, makems, wigan and norwich. Could go down to the last day, my team Newcastle cant get an away win, and dont seem able to score, so QPR away at best a point, and Arsenal at home will be a defeat, depending on others to do worse. Sad

Bound to happen some time. It's going to be tricky to find a decent replacement, the only ones I can think of are Mourinho and Moyes. I'm not sure Mourinho would be a popular choice and although Moyes has done a good job at Everton there is still a question about whether he has enough experience yet to tackle such a big job. I'd be happy to give him a chance though.

Apparently Howard Webb is the new bookies favourite to replace Ferguson Tongue

Mourinho would be the only one I see qualified for the job my money is on him taking over and bringing Ronaldo with him

Moyes will be difficult to replace. It'll be interesting to see how Everton fare without him.

He must be chuffed at getting passed over for the Spurs job.
