Hi Everyone,

We would like to make everyone aware that tonight at 11pm GMT we will be performance some database server maintenance to attempt to improve the speed of ePHOTOzine as a whole. During this downtime ePHOTOzine and other Magezine Publishing websites may not be available. This maintenance may take up to 3 hours to be completed.

Yeah, although there are still the odd places on the site which take a little longer than we would like them to be.

yep, everything seems to be nice and smooth (apart from Talktalk's DNS at the moment. I can't access google or a few other sites. funny, ePHOTOzine is fine Tongue)

Anyone noticing a significant increase in speed? We changed last night to a new database structure used by the huge sites.

Nope sorry, but to be honest I never had any speed issues with the site to start with.

It does look a bit quicker - though I havent uploaded an image where I was seeing the site at its slowest
