Adrian, nice to meet you and thanks for the sale When I looked at the velbon head I had, it actually had a thread adaptor in it already, so just unscrewed it and poped in the the manfrotto, sorted! Popped over to Skears as well, as they had the top plate in stock.

Food did look very nice, had to rush home to have lunch after seeing all that food
Going out to Twywell hills & dales this afternoon with hubby and the dogs for a walk, so tripod tryout time. Had a play in the house last night and much better than my old one.
